Sample Meeting Agenda

The OFS encourages local reunions to elect officers and to otherwise formalize the operations of the reunion. This can help perpetuate the reunion and prevent it from fading into oblivion.

One part of this process might be an annual business meeting (which doesn't have to be that much about business). Here is a sample reunion meeting agenda. Each reunion will modify this to meet its own needs and interests. Many reunions like to highlight the youngest, the oldest, those who traveled the greatest distance, etc.
